Behind-the-Wheel: What to Expect During Lessons
Your first behind-the-wheel lesson can be nerve-wracking. Here's what you should know.
Before Your First Lesson:
- Get plenty of sleep the night before
- Eat a light meal
- Wear comfortable, appropriate clothing
- Bring your learner's permit
- Know the route or be flexible
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Leave your phone on silent
During the Lesson:
- Listen carefully to your instructor
