Janasky Fleming leads our Dothan branch and brings over 15 years of dedicated driver education experience to Wiregrass Driving Academy. A retired educator of thirty years, Janasky spent a lifetime shaping young minds in the classroom before turning his passion toward the road.

His deep background in education means he understands how people learn — he's patient, methodical, and knows how to meet each student exactly where they are. From anxious first-timers to confident teens ready for their road test, Janasky tailors every lesson to the individual.

Retirement didn't slow him down. He chose to keep teaching because he genuinely loves watching students gain the independence and confidence that comes with a driver's license. To him, every new license isn't just a card — it's a milestone worth celebrating.

Jaelin Fleming is a certified driver education instructor serving our Birmingham branch. With four years of professional driver ed certification under his belt, Jaelin brings a calm, encouraging presence to every lesson.

Beyond the driver's seat, Jaelin is an active teacher and coach — a background that gives him a natural ability to connect with students, build their confidence, and keep the learning process engaging and pressure-free. He knows how to coach a student through a tough parallel parking attempt the same way he'd coach them through a big game.

Living and working in Birmingham, Jaelin knows the area's roads, test routes, and traffic patterns inside and out. His students don't just learn to pass — they learn to drive with skill and awareness for life.
